Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Sew Much More With Jade, our group workshops are designed for adult beginners and young designers to enjoy hands-on guidance in our in-person classes. As spaces are limited and we host our workshops at a variety of venues that require hire fees, the following policy applies to all class bookings.
Booking & Cancellations
Refunds will only be considered in extenuating circumstances, such as serious illness or unforeseen emergencies. Any request for a refund under these circumstances must be made in writing and may require supporting documentation.

Approval of refunds is at our discretion.

If you are unable to attend, you may contact us to request a transfer to a future workshop date. While we will do our best to accommodate this, transfers are not guaranteed and depend on availability.

By booking a workshop, you agree to this refund policy.
Non-Refundable Terms
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop, or failure to attend, are strictly non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. By this point, materials have already been prepared for your session. Specialized workshops involving bespoke kits are entirely non-refundable as stated during booking.
Cancellations by Jade: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop if necessary. In such cases, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
