Cancellation Policy

Regarding Payments & Cancellations We operate a no refund policy once booked only in extreme extenuating circumstances will be considered at our discretion. All those booked onto a sewing workshop must give 48hr notice as fees are still required for non attendance. The Venue will charge for hire of use regardless of no show. If you cancel on the day the space you booked on the workshop could have been used by another customer, which was reserved for you , fees will still apply. I (the tutor) reserve the right to cancel /reschedule a workshop in regards to an emergency /illness or a workshop not having the minimum amount of attendees (4) at my discretion and will give notice to all attendees booked on a workshop. I understand emergencies happen, please contact me (the tutor) in advance as much as possible, regarding dates you are not available that may conflict with your workshop sessions. If you (the customer) booked a space on to any of the sewing workshops and fail to attend a session it will not be carried forward to another week or day, as you will have paid for a block booking for an allocated space for that period of time. You (the customer) will need to book another session or block book more workshops. If there are no available dates to book a workshop please send your details i.e Full Name, Age, Location, Level of experience (Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced ) Mobile Number and Email to Sewmmwj@gmail.com You will be added to our waitinglist and contacted when for the next available workshops
