How do I join?
All you need to do is book through our website to your prefered location and workshop and you're all set. Just turn up ready to learn and enjoy your experience!
You will be advised what you will need to bring on your first visit.

What If I can't make all the sessions? or miss one?
You will be sent the workpack for that week once the session date has surpassed please let your sewing coach know in advance if you're unable to attend via email.

I have a disability, is there accessibilty?
All sites where we hold our workshops have disabled access and toilets

I have Learning difficulties/ Special needs/ Autism will this impede me from taking part in the workshops?
No, as long as you make us aware of your circumstances in advance, we will discuss how we can accommodate your needs

I have booked, but can no longer attend can I get a refund?
Please see the T&C's prior to booking our refund policy as there is a timeframe before workshops commence, failing this refunds will not be issued.
Your payment covers the cost of hiring the venue, using the equipment, knowledge and expertises of the tutors, administration and reserving your space from another potential customer.

Can I pay weekly instead of all at once?
We only accept, full payment when you book online, to ensure the venue is covered, incase of absence and secure your space.

I've purchased a egiftcard/ as a gift for someone else, how long does it last, will it expire?
Egift Cards last for 1year from the date of purchase and can not be redeemed in cash and must be used against/ for the workshop intended.

Once I finish the 5 Weeks what happens next?
It is completely up to you, you can book onto another workshop and continue gaining more confidence and skills and level up or you can fly the nest and take your new learnt skills and keep creating
we have other workshops and bundle options that may be of interest, as we have so much more to offer!

How can I make a donation?

and we can then send our details to you.

Can I bring my own machine?
Yes, please let us know in advance so that we can allocate space, as we also provide sewing machines for use during the workshops.

Can I bring a friend or family member with me to the sessions?
Spaces are allocated specifically for those who have booked a space, for health & safety extra people will not be permitted to stay within the workshop area. They are welcome to drop you off and stay in designated seating areas. Only Parents & guardians of children will be permitted to stay during sewing workshops.

Do I pay less if I can't attend one of the sessions?
No, the workshops run for the dates & times stated as a program, you're payment covers your space for the duration of the program

What do I need to bring?
Once you have booked your space, you will receive an email advising you what you will need to bring to your first session

Is there parking?
Yes all sites, have parking at the Bob Jones Community Hub has limited spaces availabilty

Do you offer 1:1's and Home tutoring?
Yes, however it is set at a slightly higher premium rate and doesn't include transport costs

Do I have to be a member to participate?
No, but booking is essential and to avoid dissappointment. To become a member get in touch as there will be discounts and extra tips exclusive to you when you join.

How often do you hold workshops?
Depending on the workshop you join, we meet weekly or biweekly

I've booked onto the workshops, but can't make it can my friend take my place?
Please contact us and provide your booking details and the contact details of your friend this will only be permitted prior to the workshop start date
